SWANGATE INTERNATIONAL'S WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

We support and service only products purchased through SWANGATE INTERNATIONAL.

All Pico OSCILLOSCOPES and DATA LOGGERS are manufactured to the highest standards under an ISO9001 registered quality program and carry a 2 or 5 year return to manufacturer warranty.  Consult the manufacturer's web pages for the actual length of warranty.  Any product that caries a stated 5 year warranty and was purchased after 1 January 2009 aautomtically will be upgraded to the 5 year warranty.

Customers must show their date of purchase to prove warranty claims. 

Customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico may return items under warranty claims to SWANGATE INTERNATIONAL.  All other purchasers should make warranty claims directly to Pico Technology Limited, The Mill House, Cambridge Street, St. Neots, PE19 1QB United Kingdom (telephone 44 (0) 1480 396395 fax: 44 (0) 1480 396296  to contact technical support via internet  http:// www.picotech.com.)

Calibration Certificates once ORDERED are not refundable regardless whether the hardware has been delivered or not.  Once the calibration has been accomplished the service has been rendered and is payable.    Pico Technology Ltd. calibrates units to ISO 17025 standard and is accredited by UKAS, an internationally recognized accreditation agency.  To have units calibrated to a company accredited under NIST standards (National Institute of Standards, United States)  buyers must specifically request this standard in writing. 

All other items unless specifically noted here or elsewhere shall be warranted for a period not to exceed one year.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on pH electrodes if they have been used.

Item costing $10.00 or less are not returnable except or unless they are materially defective.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from SWANGATE INTERNATIONAL/Pico Technology. In the event it does not prove suitable for your application you can return the product for an exchange or refund. To claim a full refund, the product must be returned within 14 days. Returns made between 14 and 30 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.  All returns must be in like new condition and with original packaging.  No refunds on items returned after 30 days.  Before returning a product please contact SWANGATE (PHONE: 804 472-3677/FAX: 804 472-2805) for a returns number and shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all ship to and return shipping costs.
